Contact us by email

For website feedback, accessibility concerns, privacy questions, corrections or a problem with a testing tool, email the contact address displayed above. Please allow time for a manual response; this website does not offer live customer support.

No account or form is required to contact us. We cannot repair a physical mouse, process a hardware warranty claim or remotely inspect your device.

What helps us understand a website problem

A useful report explains what you expected, what appeared instead and which page you used. A short, reproducible sequence is more helpful than a screenshot without context.

  • Tool or guide URL and interface language.
  • Browser and operating-system name/version, plus whether you used a mouse, touchpad, touch or pen.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem, including Start, Stop or Reset actions.
  • Relevant displayed counts or status text, and whether it also happens after a reload.

Share only what is needed

Do not include passwords, payment details, account tokens or unrelated personal files. Crop screenshots to the relevant testing area and check them for private information before sharing.

The site does not automatically attach a diagnostic report to a message. Its test observations remain in page memory unless you choose to copy and send them yourself.

For a physical mouse fault

Include your device model, connection type, affected button and any repeatable comparison when contacting the manufacturer. A browser estimate or rapid interval can help describe a symptom, but it is not a warranty determination.
